About Move With Me: baby yoga (pre-crawling)

Move With Me: baby yoga (pre-crawling) classes are fun, informative and relaxing, using music and rhymes throughout. We teach you a whole range of different moves, sequences and songs to enjoy during the class with your baby, but also so you can feel confident practising at home together. These classes are not just about baby; ease your way back into exercise after the birth of your baby and discover how yoga can help you to stretch, strengthen and tone your body and restore your sense of well being. We also encourage time and space for relaxation at the end of each class, which is always welcomed by both adult and baby after the physical activity of the session. The classes are perfectly designed to suit babies from around 3 months old up until they crawl. There is no prior yoga experience required to enjoy our baby yoga classes, they are completely inclusive to all.

Hello! My name is Jess. I am a qualified baby massage instructor and mum to my gorgeous little boy Rory. I first discovered baby massage as a new mum and was so impressed by the incredible benefits it provides, that I decided to become an instructor myself and pass on that wonderful knowledge to other parents. Massage is an incredible way to bond with, soothe and relax your baby and can also be used as an effective tool to relieve ailments such as trapped wind and constipation. Our classes are welcoming, relaxed, informative and fun. I offer a whole range of classes in the Chelmsford area so you can choose whether to learn the magic of baby massage in a private session in the comfort of your own home or in one of my group courses where you can make new friends and take some time to relax with your baby while I make you a hot cup of tea and serve up some yummy biscuits.
