About Move With Me: baby yoga (pre-crawling)

Move With Me: baby yoga (pre-crawling) classes are fun, informative and relaxing, using music and rhymes throughout. We teach you a whole range of different moves, sequences and songs to enjoy during the class with your baby, but also so you can feel confident practising at home together. These classes are not just about baby; ease your way back into exercise after the birth of your baby and discover how yoga can help you to stretch, strengthen and tone your body and restore your sense of well being. We also encourage time and space for relaxation at the end of each class, which is always welcomed by both adult and baby after the physical activity of the session. The classes are perfectly designed to suit babies from around 3 months old up until they crawl. There is no prior yoga experience required to enjoy our baby yoga classes, they are completely inclusive to all.

Hi my name is Natasha, I am a qualified baby massage instructor and Mum to my gorgeous little girl Darcey who is 2 – and I have 2 step daughters Ruby and Madison so you can imagine my household on a Saturday morning for poor Elliot having 4 girls getting ready! I am extremely excited to be running Basking Baby Danbury, Maldon, South Woodham Ferrers and Witham.

I thoroughly enjoyed taking the Basking Babies baby massage classes with my daughter, so much so that I joined Basking Babies as an instructor. Since becoming an instructor I have discovered further the wonders and benefits the magic of massage can bring to both parent and baby. Being a parent can be hard at times (certainly tiring!)  and our classes allow you the opportunity to relax and connect with your baby whilst sharing your parenting worries and achievements with other parents like you.
