About Move With Me: baby yoga (pre-crawling)

Move With Me: baby yoga (pre-crawling) classes are fun, informative and relaxing, using music and rhymes throughout. We teach you a whole range of different moves, sequences and songs to enjoy during the class with your baby, but also so you can feel confident practising at home together. These classes are not just about baby; ease your way back into exercise after the birth of your baby and discover how yoga can help you to stretch, strengthen and tone your body and restore your sense of well being. We also encourage time and space for relaxation at the end of each class, which is always welcomed by both adult and baby after the physical activity of the session. The classes are perfectly designed to suit babies from around 3 months old up until they crawl. There is no prior yoga experience required to enjoy our baby yoga classes, they are completely inclusive to all.

About Basking Babies in Hornchurch

Hi, my name is Emma. I am a qualified baby massage instructor and mum to four children; Jayden, Kyla, Tarell and Amari. I came to Basking Babies with my youngest son because I felt that in a house full of children, I wasnt getting enough time to just stop and soak up every bit of my new baby. Baby massage classes enabled me to have that one to one bonding time, relax with other mums (with a yummy slice of cake – which is never a bad thing!) and then continue what I had learnt in class and create that lovely time at home for us.

I found it fascinating that through massage, I could help ease any pain or discomfort he may be feeling with teething, constipation and many more things, aswell as stimulate brain development! I quickly realised that baby massage is such an amazing tool to have as a parent and have continued to use it with my children over the years.

I am passionate about supporting other mums and empowering them to trust themselves in this journey of motherhood. Being a parent isn’t easy, but with using our instincts and having support from others, it can make all the difference. I hope that you can feel that when coming to my classes and use it as an opportunity to relax and enjoy.
