Carla has been so welcoming and friendly, she is approachable and always makes time for each baby, remembering personal little details really making you feel that each child and parent is valued as an individual.
We’ve really enjoyed baby yoga and have introduced some of the songs and activities into our daily routine. Lovely class.

If you are looking for a super relaxed, welcoming and fun class for baby, then baby yoga is the one! Carla is an excellent teacher and the classes teach not only songs and actions which you can try at home too but some gentle exercises to help your post natal recovery. I only wish we had joined earlier as both myself and son loved it!

I’ve just completed a 10 week block with Emma on the Baby Yoga course. Emma was warm and personable. I liked the little reminders and explanations on what movements to do and their benefits which is forgotten since having my first baby.
The course was a nice way to get out and for Kitt to socialise. Due to lock down we’d both not really seen many faces. Kitt really enjoyed the stimulation, he would often have a big smile on his face- I even learnt a few new nursery rhymes and songs myself!
