About Nurture Me (Complete): Baby Massage & Baby ReflexologyThis course is suitable for babies from birth to active crawling. Progressively throughout the course you will learn a comprehensive baby massage routine designed to soothe & relax you and your baby. You will also learn our effective 'Colic Alleviation & Prevention' baby massage routine, settling techniques, and our specially designed Baby Reflexology routines for additional techniques to ease and relieve normal baby discomforts. The classes are relaxed, friendly and informative and run in a ‘home from home’ environment. We always say that babies are in charge in our classes, so you never have to worry if baby wants a feed, nappy change or a sleep at any point. You should just feel free to meet baby’s needs as you wish. Included in the price of the course, you will receive a Basking Babies gift bundle including; a bottle of our Basking Babies organic baby massage oil, a Basking Babies cotton bag, a Basking Babies thermal flask and a Basking Babies cotton baby vest. You will also be provided with professional handouts and refreshments throughout the course. There is therefore nothing specific that you need to bring to the class, other than a towel for your baby to lie on (or you can purchase one of our Basking Babies towels from your instructor). This course is packed with information for you and baby to enjoy and absorb progressively over a minimum of 10 weeks. Each 1.5 hour session gives you the perfect opportunity to learn new parenting tools, spend quality time with your baby, gain support from other parents and enjoy a hot cuppa and a cake. Perfect to nurture both you and baby from birth.
About Basking Babies in Laindon & Orsett
Hi, my name is Jen and welcome to Basking Babies Thurrock.
I was first introduced to Basking Babies in 2017 when I took my daughter, Harriet, to classes when she was three months old. What started out as an opportunity to get out of the house during those whirlwind early months turned into something even more special – I made friends with local parents, enjoyed a unique bonding experience with my baby, not to mention the opportunity to drink a hot cup of tea in a calm and relaxed environment every week.
The benefits of baby massage are far-reaching, from colic alleviation to nap and bedtime settling techniques – to this day, Harriet still asks for a back rub before bed. As a qualified baby massage instructor, I am able to share these invaluable skills with other parents which is incredibly rewarding.
If you’d like to know more about the classes on offer, or have any questions at all about baby massage, feel free to get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you.
