Hello! My name is Lou,

I am a qualified baby massage and yoga instructor and first-time mum to my beautiful boy Freddie. Once Freddie was born I researched baby massage and found Basking Babies Classes. Freddie absolutely loved his first class and this inspired me to want to teach other parents – so here I am!

I was amazed by the benefits of massage for you and your baby! Massage is an amazing way for you to bond, soothe and relax your baby. Incredibly massage can also be used to relieve your baby from trapped wind and constipation. Our classes are very welcoming, relaxed, informative and fun. Classes will be running in the Bishop Stortford area, so come along, meet some new friends, enjoy a nice cup of tea and biscuit whilst having a chat with other parents. We also offer private sessions, this means you can learn all the same benefits but in the comfort of your own home! I hope you decide to book onto a course with us, and I look forward to meeting you and lovely babies when you do.
