What are the benefits of baby massage?

The benefits of baby massage are actually the reason Basking Babies began in the first place. I was reading about baby massage and the associated benefits when I was pregnant with my first baby and it sounded incredible. Too good to be true, in fact.  I had to know more! I almost immediately decided to train as a baby massage instructor and instantly felt passionate about spreading the knowledge of the benefits that can be gained from such an enjoyable activity to as many people as I possibly could. I have never looked back! 

Not only are there benefits for baby, there are benefits for the parent too. Here are a few to give you a taste: 

The added bonus of learning baby massage in a Basking Babies class is that you get to enjoy this quality time with your baby whilst also having the opportunity to meet other parents. We understand the importance of having a community of support, so we allow time for parents in our classes to make the most of being able to share ideas and concerns and discuss key baby related topics. Our classes are fully interactive, whether they are delivered live online or in-person. Your instructor will also ensure you have plenty of tea and cake to hand!
