Hello! My name is Gemma,

I am the proud owner of Basking Babies Weald of Kent.  I am a mum of two and loved how Basking Babies is created with love, care, and purpose to support parents through one of life’s biggest journeys: pregnancy and early parenthood and help build your ‘support village’. 

 
The idea of joining the Basking Babies team was born from both personal experience and a deep passion for supporting growing families from my background of primary school teaching and leadership. Whether you're expecting your first baby or adding to your family, I understand how overwhelming – yet magical – this time can be.
 
After welcoming my first-born during Covid I could see the importance of attending classes with others in the same stages.  I couldn’t wait to have this opportunity with my second born and I felt reassurance, connection, and care – things that truly matter in those early days.  I couldn’t wait to be able to provide more options for the people in my local area.
 
Basking Babies Weald of Kent is more than classes – it’s a community. My mission is to make every parent feel seen, supported, and empowered from bump to baby and beyond.
