"Hello! My name is Carla, Basking Babies is my passion. My aim is to support and empower women to run successful, yet family friendly, businesses that support and empower parents through their early parenting journey.

I have developed a comprehensive support system for our franchisees, which enables them to provide excellent classes for our clients. I continuously review and improve our systems, processes and materials to ensure that we are always delivering the highest possible standard of classes and being the best we can possibly be at all times.

I manage the recruitment process of new franchisees, so if you’re interested in joining our team please get in touch."



Natasha Wright

Franchisee Support Manager

"Hello! My name is Tasha, I am the Franchisee Support Manager for our wonderful team here at Basking Babies. I first became involved with Basking Babies in 2016 when I wanted a new career where I could run my own business that also worked around my daughter Darcey, and I was lucky enough to do a Basking Babies course which led to where I am today.

I ran a very successful franchise for a number of years before moving into Head Office. My role now involves supporting the franchisees with weekly mentoring on how to become a successful franchise owner.

I absolutely love what I do and my experience from being a franchise owner myself goes a long way in allowing me to support and understand what our franchisees need to make their businesses the best they can be.

I feel very lucky to be part of such an inspiring and supportive team. Come join the team you will not regret it."



Jen Dowding

Social Media & Marketing Manager

"Hello! My name is Jen, my journey with Basking Babies started in 2017 when I joined baby massage classes with my daughter, and I haven’t looked back since. After realising that my daily London commute wasn’t working for me anymore, and wanting more time with my family while also doing something I love, I went on to run my own successful Basking Babies franchise in Essex before becoming part of the Head Office team.

With a career history in marketing, my role now involves supporting the rest of the team with the day-to-day running of the business, managing everything from upcoming events to our blog schedule, Instagram Lives to social media content. I am also responsible for our online classes, ensuring parents can join us from anywhere in the world.

I love everything Basking Babies stands for – empowering and supporting parents through such a critical time, while also enabling members of the team to work in a way that fits around their own families and lives. I see every day the immense passion and drive from each of the incredible members of Basking Babies and I just love what I do!"



Laura Monaghan

Operations Manager

"Hello! My name is Laura, I joined as the Operations Assistant here at Basking Babies in August 2021 and am now happily the Operations Manager.

Having worked as a Strategic Director for Giftcards for over 10 years, my role at Basking Babies is a breath of fresh air! Now I have the time to really be there for my kids and still keep my brain working using the skills I have learned from my previous role. Carla’s management style and company ethos epitomises how businesses should be run and I am excited to be part of her team and Basking Babies’ continued success!

My role is to work alongside Carla, behind the scenes, overseeing the day-to-day business operational activities and provide support to ensure that the Basking Babies franchisees are successful in running their own businesses."
