Being a parent isn’t easy, so I am passionate about supporting and empowering others through their journey. In my classes I promise that you will always be greeted with a smile, listening ear and most importantly a cuppa and cake! Baby Massage is suitable from birth and the benefits are truly incredible: from relaxation and reducing stress for both parent and baby, to bringing relief from colic, wind and teething that cause such discomfort in the first months of life and beyond. Baby Yoga is suitable from 12 weeks and is just so much fun! It allows you to enjoy the same amazing benefits as massage but also learning new ways to play with your baby as well as some gentle stretching for yourself (no prior yoga experience necessary).
