I found that baby massage wasn’t just great for Lily but it helped me too. We were both able to relax and bond together. It also helps with ailments like wind and colic and I felt better prepared to deal with it as a mum too. Yoga is so much fun! It allows you to learn new ways to play with your baby but also benefits the immune system and even sleep habits.  

It is such a wonderful space to meet other mums and form friendships. I have such fond memories and I want to create that environment for you. I aim to create a relaxed and safe space to share your experiences and your proud mum stories as well. I even provide tea and biscuits!
