Baby Massage is beneficial to baby but also to mum, creating a special bond that soothes both and helps with ailments like colic and wind. Yoga is interactive, assists better sleep habits and improves the immune system. My classes are relaxed, informative, fun and completely baby led. I’m based in Dulwich, Sydenham and Forest Hill offering a wide range of classes both online and in-person. I love creating the magic in my classes and helping make those special memories with our little ones. I encourage a social atmosphere where I hope real friendships can be born and blossom whilst providing a nice cup of tea and some biscuits!
