I am the proud owner of Basking Babies Chingford, Loughton & Woodford and also proud mummy to my son Colm.

Colm and I attended baby massage and yoga in Loughton when he was just 7 weeks old and loved every moment!

I didn’t have a mummy community and knew I needed to get out of the house and try to build one, but I had no idea where to start. Basking Babies was a lifesaver for us! Both Colm and I have made lifelong friends, and we have finally found our village!

There are so many physical and emotional benefits (for baby and mum) to baby massage and yoga, from colic relief, settling techniques and even encourage bonding and connection between you and your baby.

My classes are warm, welcoming and relaxing. And usually humorous as I confess my embarrassing moments as a first-time mum and my singing!

Classes are available as a group session where you can meet new people, as a private session 1-1 or even with a group of friends. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or queries.
