Gemma was amazing, so friendly, really good at explaining so I understood straight away, made it such a fun course and amazing bonding with my baby, really helpful too that each massage and reflexology had a purpose and can be used for different situations when your baby needs it. It’s so easy to follow the book at home too, we do the routines every day now! It was so lovely that after the first week Gemma knew all our names and our babies names, she interacted with my baby and made us feel so at ease. i loved how calm the class was and there was no pressure to participate if your baby needed feeding, changing, had their jabs or just wasn’t happy that day. Taking our photo at the end of every session too was such a great idea, was so nice to compare and get the comparison at the end too as mum’s don’t get enough photos with their babies! I loved the guest visits too especially the ceramics and photographer, it was a lovely addition to the course. We made friends too which was an added bonus!
I took my baby to his first massage session at 5 weeks old. Heather was a fantastic teacher and the classes were a great mix of relaxed and informative. The room was easy to find and nice and warm for the babies. My little boy is loving having a massage encorporated into his bedtime routine and I really feel it has helped him begin to sleep through the night. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.
Gemma was SO lovely, friendly and helpful. Being a shy and anxious mum is difficult to get out to classes alone with a young baby, but Gemma made me feel very welcome and safe. Thank you so much for such a great and memorable course!
