Come and meet your Mama tribe! Support in the early weeks and months with a newborn is essential. These circles are an open and supportive place to connect with others as you navigate changing identities, relationships, and how to get through the day (and night) with little ones. If you are looking for community and connection with other new mums, and to know you’re not alone, then these circles are for you.

The circles will be facilitated in an open and organic manner. Topics may be wide-ranging from the ups and downs you face with your new baby, your physical changes, feeding your baby, navigating baby sleep, relationship changes, your mental and physical wellbeing, your baby and their development/needs, career changes and expectations and more.

Space is always held for what is arising for each participant in the moment, and often those circumstances guide our discussions. The circle is strengthened by diversity, openness, vulnerability and sharing and is an inclusive community for all new mums.

Come and build your village and have consistent support during time of uncertainty and constant change.

Such a great class to do. Very fun and relaxing as well as practical. Natalie was very engaging and positive which was lovely on a Monday morning in winter! It’s a really useful class to do as you can call on the techniques you’ve learnt to help soothe your baby.
