Super Dads: Baby Yoga for Dads (pre-crawling)

A one-off baby yoga session designed specifically for Dads to enjoy and bond with their babies. It is a great introduction to baby yoga, where you learn a wide range of different moves, sequences and songs to enjoy with baby in the class and to use at home in everyday life. The class is perfectly designed to suit babies from around 3 months until they crawl. No prior yoga experience is required – the class is inclusive to all. Mum’s are welcome to relax and enjoy a cup of tea in the next room so they can be on hand for feeding or help as required.
