As an instructor you can work during school hours delivering classes that are rewarding and enjoyable to teach. You get paid by the hour for your teaching time, avoid the additional responsibilities of running the business, but still get to be part of an incredible team.

How has Basking Babies helped other people like you?

I began my Basking Babies journey when I became a first time Mum to my little boy. I met other wonderful women and their new additions, many of which I hold dear friendships with to this day. These classes inspired me to become a Basking Babies instructor myself and now I am passionate about providing new parents with the same incredible experience. I get to do something I love which fits in perfectly around my most important role of being Mum.

The on-boarding process to become a franchisee can take a number of weeks from the enquiry stage. Please apply as soon as possible so you don’t miss out.

Who are our instructor opportunities for?

You don’t need any formal qualifications to apply, as all training is provided to enable you to achieve the necessary Basking Babies qualification to deliver our high-quality classes.

Ideally you will have had some experience of working with families with young children, either as a parent or in a professional capacity.

Whilst the background of our instructors is diverse, we are looking for people who are empathetic, enthusiastic, organised, approachable, passionate and positive.

How does it work as a Basking Babies instructor?

You will need to pay for your training fees, your uniform, DBS check and First Aid training.

You receive expert training in all Basking Babies services and classes
You get paid by the hour for your teaching time
You are provided with all the equipment you need by the franchisee you are supporting
Your professional photos are paid for by the franchisee you support
Once you are part of the Basking Babies team you are able to run classes for any other franchisees too e.g. to provide cover for sickness/maternity etc.
If you later decided to become a franchisee then the instructor training costs paid would be deducted from the initial franchise investment.
